DESCRIPTION:Timothy grew up in Charlotte\, North Carolina within earshot of the Shuffletown Dragway\, but the sounds that captivated him were the classic country songs playing on the radio while his uncles worked on their cars. He taught himself guitar as a teen and began writing his own songs while he was a college student in Chapel Hill. Returning to Charlotte\, Tim continued to write\, record\, and perform his original music taking inspiration from the everyday lives\, loves\, and losses he saw on the streets while working as a mailman. \nWhen Tim met his wife\, Sarah\, he found both a writing and life partner. Sarah had worked as an attorney in Chicago where she loved the vibrant music scene\, but she did not become a songwriter until she moved to Charlotte and met Tim. The couple had a shared musical sensibility that evolved into a songwriting partnership\, with Timothy focusing on melodies and performance and Sarah primarily responsible for lyrics.  They also welcome opportunities to collaborate with other artists. \nNow living in Jacksonville\, Florida Timothy and Sarah continue to write while Timothy performs music at local venues and regional events.  Tim and Sarah’s original award-winning songs have been warmly received by critics and live audiences alike\, and appear on multiple CDs.
